Throughout the years I have collected some resources that you might find helpful. Some of my clients find using technology really useful so I have included some apps people recommend. 


Smiling minds

Smiling Mind exists to help build individual mental health and wellbeing through positive, pre-emptive tools based on mindfulness meditation. Co-developed with psychologist and health professionals Smiling Mind is accessible to everyone, irrespective of geographic location socio-economic status.


Goldfish Wisdom

Nigel Raymond Latta is a New Zealand psychologist and author. He is also the host of the television show Beyond The Darklands, The Politically Incorrect Guide to Teenagers and The Politically Incorrect Parenting Show. Goldfish wisdom is the wisdom of simple things, and simple things—at least in my humble opinion—may be the best chance we have.
